We wish to invite all PCPA Consultants, Fellow Junior Consultants and Advanced Trainees to participate in the Scientific Meeting for a program of plenary and concurrent specialised stream sessions.
Cancer Nurses, Practice Managers and Partners are welcome to attend for a nominal fee.

Acknowledgements
On submission of the online registration forms, your registration will be acknowledged via email. A full reconfirmation of your attendance will be provided mid April. At the meeting you will receive the program, a list of delegates and other hand-out materials.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the event organisers. For any cancellations and changes to your requests after registration closes on Monday 24 April 2023, please contact Libbi Langford at the PCPA Event Management Team.
This program is in high demand and once full, a wait list will be established. Please be considerate to fellow consultants and advise as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend.
COVID-19
Attendance at the PCPA Scientific Meeting is voluntary. The Government response and action to control the spread of the virus COVID-19 is still ongoing. While PCPA and the venue will adhere to all health regulations in place, impacts of COVID-19, such as quarantining, remain the responsibility of the individual.

Entitlements
For PCPA Members (consultants and fellow junior consultants), speakers and sponsors, registration entitles each attendee to:
- Admission to all sessions
- Meeting program, list of delegates and any hand-out materials
- Conference catering including light breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon teas
- Social networking event after meeting on Saturday
- Access to approved speakers presentations post event
In addition, PCPA will cover onsite participation costs for all invited Advanced Trainees including
- One night of accommodation (regional and interstate attendees only)
PCPA is expanding its membership to include radiation oncologists will include content of interest. Approved partners cancer care nurses and practice managers are welcome to attend Saturday sessions for a nominal registration fee of $150, payable directly to PCPA.
PCPA Program Access:
Each delegate at the meeting will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and for conference catering.
The program includes topics of interest across Scientific, Medical Oncology, Haematology, and Radiation Oncology disciplines.
PCPA Membership
To attend the Scientific Meeting, PCPA membership must be up to date. Please contact the PCPA Secretariat for renewal details.
Attendees Responsibility:
Attendees will be responsible for the payment of any items not listed above, including travel to venue, and room incidentals, including additional charges for guests where applicable.
Attendees will be responsible for adhering to Covid Safe government policies and any requirements advised onsite by the venue.
