The focus of Josh’s practice for the past 10 years has be advising clients from the medical profession on their unique legal requirements. Josh is experienced in a range of commercial, litigation, property and trust law matters. He regularly advises medical professionals in relation to setting up, running, acquiring or divesting of interests in medical businesses.

His knowledge of the structuring of business arrangements also places him in a unique position to provide comprehensive advice to private clients to ensure that appropriate consideration is given to business succession planning, asset protection and tax implications.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Training. He was admitted to legal practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2008 and is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia.
